1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

4.4 Currency

The primary account currency on gotdsbet is the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, bet amounts, and winnings are displayed in BDT unless the player has selected the USDT wallet option. Currency conversion rates for USDT deposits are applied at the market rate at the time of deposit processing.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gotdsbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms and conditions.
• Minimum Odds: Where a sports betting bonus specifies minimum qualifying odds, bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute towards wagering requirement completion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are time-limited. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.

gotdsbet reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take any of the following actions: issue a formal warning, suspend withdrawal functionality, close the account, void associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the gotdsbet Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, data compilations, software, and game assets — is the proprietary intellectual property of gotdsbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, download, or transmit any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notice from any Platform content.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

Players may close their gotdsbet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@gotdsbet. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be paid out to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by gotdsbet

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Where closure is initiated by gotdsbet due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable legal holds. gotdsbet reserves the right to withhold funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity pending the outcome of a formal review.

11. Responsible Gaming

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gotdsbet Platform shall first be referred to gotdsbet's internal dispute resolution process. Players with unresolved complaints may submit a formal written complaint to the support team at support@gotdsbet. gotdsbet will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST, UTC+6) and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
